Using Seatovo

Seatovo helps you manage your guest lists and table assignments. You are responsible for the information you enter, your authority to process it and the accuracy of your final event arrangements. Keep your login secure.

Plans and payments

Free usage is subject to published guest and event limits. Single Event purchases apply to one event. Planner Pro subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled in the billing portal. Final prices and purchase terms are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment.

Your information

You retain ownership of your event data. You may export it or delete your account in Settings. Do not upload unlawful content or information you do not have permission to process.

Availability and support

The service is provided subject to availability. Keep an exported copy of your final arrangements for the venue. These draft terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
